Painted Lady is a beautiful and interesting early spring flower.  Now is the time to plant this lovely soft blue Iris bulb in your garden ready for early spring.

This  Iris reticulata, Painted Lady” has upright petals which are white flushed soft blue, and its falls are flecked and streaked with a pale, dusky blue over a yellow blush. Iris reticulata 'Painted Lady' is perfect for a position at the front of spring beds and borders, as well as rockeries and alpine beds, containers and window boxes!  This lovely Painted Lady appears early spring with its miniature iris flowers which look exquisite and smell wonderful. 

They like dry well drained conditions and will thrive in any alpine setting such as amongst rockeries, gravel gardens, containers and borders.  Plant with George, purple dwarf iris, and other bright flowers for a stunning spring display!

Plant your Painted Lady dwarf bulbs as follows:-

• From mid to late autumn;
• In borders or containers in sun or partial shade;
• Two to three times as deep as the bulb is high;
