>Shipping UK ONLY 

If we can send it it will be second class service unless differently stated.  If a next day, overnight or 1st Class delivery service is offered this does not mean you will receive it the next day, as our fulfilment process may take a couple of days, however it does means we will pay the courier for a 1st class or next day service. 

At busy periods such as the festive, Christmas period we would recommend not ordering anything time sensitive after 4th December as we have no control of the delivery timescales once the item has been despatched.  

Our fulfilment process includes opening packets to test working parts and lights.  We also take photographs of the items pre-packing, during packing and after packing.  We will not send out any item we detect has a fault or noticeable flaw that impacts its usability.  We will email you prior to despatching if this occurs.

Items we can not ship will show shipping as a ridiculous amount to prevent you proceeding. Please do not proceed, and contact us for more details.  If an item is not shippable we may contact you prior to cancelling the order.

>Liquids ONLY- next day if ordered before 11am (week days only). You are not guaranteed to receive your item within 1-2 days as our Fulfilment process may take a couple of days, we will however send your item using APC next day delivery service. If you choose this method for none liquid we will have to cancel the order and refund may not be possible.

>Local Delivery, Scarborough, North Yorkshire - DO NOT ORDER if you do not live in Scarborough, North Yorkshire! If you pick this option and you are not local you WILL be charged a refund fee*. Deliveries are normally Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.  If your order is time sensitive pease check with us before placing your order.

>Click & Collect - Please note this store is in Scarborough, North Yorkshire & only at agreed times. Do not select if you can not collect, you WILL be charged a fee if a refund is required.*

*If you select either of these two shipping options and the order has to be cancelled either due to you not having a local delivery address (YO11 or YO12) or you change your mind, you will be charged a fee as we will have paid a fee to the payment provider to process your payment.

When in store you can book our Local Delivery to Scarborough North Yorkshire, England, UK (within a 8km radius of our bricks & mortar store - usually postcodes YO112, YO12, YO13 and some YO14).  

Returns Policy - Online and Instore 

Online - Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order and get a refund if you’ve told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel.

You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us.  We will arrange for the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

In practice this means you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs (2nd class only) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (proof of post required) , however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

In Store - Returns Policy

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case we allow you to exchange it. 

We would like to point out that this is a goodwill gesture, as we have no legal obligation to take back any items that is not faulty.   This offer only applies to items in stock and not to any items ordered in. 

As it is at our discretionary that we allow you to return an item we have a number of conditions: -
