Shipping & returns
During COVID we can not guarantee any timescales. This is a pandemic and all services and processes are reduced including but not exclusively, fulfilment, shipping and refunds etc.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs (2nd class only) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (proof of post required) , however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Local Delivery offered is local to Scarborough North Yorkshire, England, UK (within a 8km radius of our bricks & mortar store).
At present we can only ship small items, and less than 2kg to locations in the UK. Please email to check before placing your order.
If we can send it it will be second class service unless differently stated.
If a next day or 1st Class delivery service is offered this does not mean you will receive it the next day, as our fulfilment process may take a couple of days, however it does means we will pay the courier for a 1st class or next day service
If a refund has to be raised due to ordering items for local delivery or click and collect and the order can not be fulfilled due to you choosing the wrong shipping option (eg you are not local) you will be charged a fee and a full refund will not be given.
