You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs (2nd class only) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (proof of post required) , however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Local Delivery offered is local to Scarborough North Yorkshire, England, UK (within a 8km radius of our bricks & mortar store).
At present we can only ship small items, and less than 2kg to locations in the UK. Please email to check before placing your order.
If we can send it it will be second class service unless differently stated.
If a next day or 1st Class delivery service is offered this does not mean you will receive it the next day, as our fulfilment process may take a couple of days, however it does means we will pay the courier for a 1st class or next day service
If a refund has to be raised due to ordering items for local delivery or click and collect and the order can not be fulfilled due to you choosing the wrong shipping option (eg you are not local) you will be charged a fee and a full refund will not be given.

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case we allow you to exchange it.
We would like to point out that this is a goodwill gesture, as we have no legal obligation to take back any items that is not faulty. This offer only applies to items in stock and not to any items ordered in.
As it is at our discretionary that we allow you to return an item we have a number of conditions: -
- You MUST have a RECEIPT.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you bought it within one month of the date shown on your receipt.
- There will be a 10% re-stocking fee deductible on credit value.
- If packaging is damaged it may not be returnable or will incur a 25% deduction on credit value.
You will be offered: -
- An alternative product (no refund will be given), or
- We will give you a credit for the balance amount, valid for 6 months, will be offered as an alternative to an exchange.
We may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider you have not met the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you bought it. If packaging is damaged it may not be returnable or will incur a 25% deduction on the credit value.
You must have a receipt; we cannot do anything without it.
